If you are looking for peer-reviewed articles you can filter your results in the database to help.
On the left hand side of the page in the OneSearch and a majority of other databases, under Refine Results, is a check box that says peer-reviewed. This will limit your search to peer reviewed materials.
However, this is not foolproof. You still will need to ensure that the materials you are finding are peer reviewed.
